PAYMENT PLAN CAN ALSO BE CUSTOMIZED AS MORE EASY INSTALLMENTS
* These Instalments are the subsequent instalments that shall become payable on demand irrespective of the serial order in which they are listed above.
* Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Price ruling on the date of booking and acceptance by the company shall be applicable.
* The above mentioned price is inclusive of EDC/IDC. In case of any upward revision thereof by Govt. Agencies in future, the same would be payable by the Buyer on pro-rata basis.
* The company would pay penalty to its customer @ Rs. 10-00 per sq. ft. per month for non handing over the unit beyond committed period of 15 months from the date of agreement. Similarly the owner would be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 10-00 per sq. ft., if he fails to take possession within 30 days if issuance of letter of possession.
* Apart from that, customer is liable to pay IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security) if required, as in when demanded by the company.
* Pay order/Demand draft to be issued in favour of NORTHWEST DEVELOPERS AND PROMOTERS PVT. LTD. payable at Zirakpur.
* Other than this, as per amendments made by Finance Act 2010, Service Tax will be additional.
